I'm yet again getting very tired of coming onto DA to find my artwork being added to favorites and collections with deeply disturbing names.

Collections like "Stock", "References", "Ideas", "Designs for projects" and, even, "Designs to copy". Or, my personal favorite "Designs to sell".

I'm not sure why people do not bother to read through Creative Commons licensing, or to leave a note asking if something is okay. I don't understand why they'll blaze through, collect a dozen designs and assume that because it's on the internet, it's okay.

It isn't okay. It's copyright infringement.

Yet again, I find myself seriously considering leaving DA for good. However, mostly I've just been going around and reporting the copied Deviations, requesting that they be pulled.

Allow me to say this again, as it will shortly be appearing plastered over my deviations:

ATTENTION! You are not permitted to use this work as Reference, Stock, Flash or ANY OTHER Derivative works without seeking and obtaining DIRECT PERMISSION FROM ME.

I'm really ashamed of my fellow 'artists'.
